CNC Machine Operator Qualifications: Step Up to the Machine

• GED or high school diploma required; tech school background preferred.
• 2+ years working directly on CNC machines.
• Solid understanding of blueprints, measurements, and part tolerances.
• Team player who values precision and safety.
• Must be physically able to lift and stand for long periods.

• Read blueprints and adjust programs to meet exact tolerances.
• Inspect work using micrometers and calipers.
