About the Role

Are you ready to take your planning skills to the next level? At Wis-Pak, we're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Production Scheduler to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love solving complex scheduling puzzles, this is the role for you!

What You'll Do

As a Production Scheduler, you'll be the backbone of our production process-creating and maintaining weekly and daily schedules that ensure everything flows seamlessly. Your mission will include:

Optimizing inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.
Building production schedules using JDE planning systems to keep lines efficient and products fresh.
Analyzing inventory and sales trends to forecast future needs.
Collaborating across teams-from Customer Service to Warehouse-to guarantee on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Driving improvements in purchasing and scheduling practices to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
Tracking performance metrics and ensuring promotional requirements are met.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience (APICS certification a plus!).

Strong knowledge of ERP systems (MPS, MRP, DRP) and Microsoft Office (Excel pivot tables and data graphing skills are a bonus).

Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills in a manufacturing environment.
A problem-solver who thrives on collaboration and precision.
