Astrion is seeking a detail-oriented Enterprise Staff Services - Finance Support (FS) professional to provide financial and program control support across the Office of Space Launch (OSL) enterprise. This role functionally coordinates with the NRO Business Plans and Operations Directorate (BPO) to ensure consistent, repeatable financial processes and procedures are implemented across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial, analytical, and coordination skills and demonstrate the ability to support enterprise-level resource planning, budgeting, and execution activities in a complex Government environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Experience providing financial, accounting, or program control support in a Government or DoD environment

  • Working knowledge of financial administration, budget formulation, and budget execution processes

  • Ability to prepare, analyze, and reconcile financial statements and financial data

  • Experience supporting resource planning, financial analysis, and decision support activities

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Experience supporting NRO, OSL, or other intelligence or space-focused organizations

  • Familiarity with earned value management (EVM) principles and cost, schedule, and performance analysis

  • Experience providing program planning, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) support

  • Experience working in an enterprise-level financial support environment

  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple organizations and functional teams

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare, analyze, and reconcile financial statements, reports, and supporting documentation

  • Provide financial administrative support, including transaction processing, payments, and claims support

  • Support budget formulation and execution activities by preparing financial analyses and documentation to inform resource decisions

  • Provide program planning, budgeting, and execution analysis and support to the OSL Launch Enterprise

  • Coordinate with the NRO Business Plans and Operations Directorate (BPO) to ensure consistent and repeatable financial processes and procedures

  • Support implementation and maintenance of standardized financial policies, processes, and procedures across the enterprise

  • Provide cost, schedule, and performance decision support, including earned value management (EVM) analysis, as required

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with OSL leadership, BPO, and other internal and external stakeholders

  • Perform additional financial and program control duties as assigned
