Position Summary We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join Merakey's Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Division in Beaver County. In this role, you will support individuals in living fulfilling, self-directed lives by assisting with daily activities, personal care, and community engagement, while completing assignments as outlined by the House Manager. Key Responsibilities Provide individualized care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment, including housekeeping and laundry Support individuals in leisure activities, vocational tasks, and day programming Follow assigned shift routines, schedules, and care plans Complete all required documentation accurately and on time Perform duties in accordance with established policies and procedures Work under the supervision of the House Manager, with performance reviewed through: Observation of daily activities Resident engagement and responsiveness Living area inspections Reports and periodic meetings Schedule & Shift Details Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed Shift Differential Pay may apply for evenings, overnights, and weekend shifts Overtime opportunities may be available based on program needs About Our IDD Division Merakey supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) by focusing on independence, skill-building, and community inclusion.
