Twin Wire Arc Spray (TWAS) Technician AvailableSchedule: 1st: 5am - 130pm 2nd: 1pm - 930pm * Operate Twin Wire Arc Spray (TWAS) equipment to apply metal coatings according to specifications * Prepare surfaces through blasting, cleaning, masking, and inspection prior to coating * Monitor spray parameters and adjust equipment settings to maintain coating quality * Perform post-coating inspections to verify thickness, adhesion, and surface finish * Perform daily coupon testing to validate coating quality and process control * Record coating data, RA measurements, and process parameters accurately * Conduct daily 6S tasks to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area * Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on TWAS equipment * Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE * Assist with media blasting, masking, or other production tasks as needed * Maintain accurate documentation for work orders and quality records The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role.
