What You Need:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school preferred
• Minimum 3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting is preferred
• Welding/fabrication and use of precision measuring tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends when needed

How the Day Goes:

• Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on machinery and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals to guide maintenance and repair work
• Support the installation of new equipment and implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Respond promptly to equipment failures to minimize production downtime
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment
