Who You Are...

As Sales Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the sales organization by generating actionable insights, maintaining sales tools and resources, and ensuring the team has the information needed to drive performance. This role works across multiple sales platforms to produce reports, maintain data accuracy, and provide day-to-day support to the Sales team. In partnership with Marketing, the Sales Analyst also manages the repository of sales tools and archives of case studies, ensuring materials are current, accessible, and aligned with business needs.

Some examples of the work you might do includes:

Sales Reporting & Insights



  • Works within multiple sales systems and tools (CRM, reporting platforms, dashboards) to generate accurate and timely sales reports.
  • Analyzes sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Supports routine and ad-hoc reporting requests for Sales leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Ensures data integrity across all reporting platforms.


Sales Team Support



  • Provides general operational support to the Sales team, assisting with tools, system navigation, data entry, and information lookups.
  • Troubleshoots issues related to sales tools and coordinates with internal teams to resolve them.
  • Maintains documentation and guides for sales processes and tool usage.


Sales Tools and Content Management



  • Partners with Marketing to manage the repository of sales tools, assets, presentations, and templates.
  • Owns the organization, version control, and distribution of sales enablement materials.
  • Maintains archives of case studies, ensuring they are up to date, tagged properly, and easily accessible to the team.
  • Identifies gaps or outdated materials and coordinates updates with Marketing and Sales stakeholders.


Cross-functional Collaboration



  • Works closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Sales Leadership to align on reporting needs, tool improvements, and enablement initiatives.
  • Participates in projects that enhance sales processes, systems, or content.


What You Need...



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, business analytics, or similar roles.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and summarize data clearly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have a driving record compliant with the Company's policies and MVR requirements, and consent to ongoing driving record monitoring by the Company.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Prior experience supporting a sales team or working with sales enablement content.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Work Environment:



  • This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely utilizes standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, copiers, and filing cabinets.

  • In performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to talk, hear, perform the repetitive motion, and possess an appropriate degree of visual acuity and manual dexterity.
