You bring structure to client relationships through disciplined underwriting, portfolio management, and proactive servicing. Whether supporting new loan requests or maintaining compliance within existing relationships, you take ownership of process and performance. You collaborate well with Relationship Bankers, respond quickly to client needs, and bring a high level of accountability to your work. If you balance independence with teamwork, and bring precision to credit and servicing functions-this role is for you. About the Role The Credit Analyst supports the Profit Center (PC) by identifying key revenue-generating opportunities across loans, deposits, and investment assets. This role is primarily responsible for underwriting new loan requests, managing renewals, and maintaining portfolio compliance-ensuring strong credit performance and client retention. Key responsibilities include analyzing less complex loan relationships, managing file exceptions, tracking past dues and covenants, and supporting the loan process from application through onboarding. The role also includes client outreach, annual reviews, and collaboration with Relationship Bankers to identify new opportunities and support delivery of financial solutions. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, process discipline, and the ability to manage a variety of credit and service-related tasks with accuracy and urgency. What You'll Do
