Essential Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management
- Supervise and mentor a small IT team, ensuring high performance and professional
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to meet service-level
Microsoft 365 Administration
- Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
- Oversee user account provisioning, license management, and security
- Implement best practices for collaboration and productivity
Remote Support & Endpoint Management
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network
- Manage endpoint devices (laptops, desktops, mobile) including deployment, patching, and
- Utilize RMM tools and ITSM platforms for monitoring and
General IT Operations
- Maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud
- Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place (firewalls, antivirus, vulnerability management).
- Develop and enforce IT policies, disaster recovery plans, and backup
Subject Matter Expertise
- Serve as the go-to expert for IT-related projects and
- Advise leadership on technology improvements and emerging
- Participate in vendor evaluations and technology road
Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
- 5+ years of IT experience, including team
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint
- Proficiency in Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft 365, ITIL, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
- Experience with remote troubleshooting and IT support
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced
