Shift Schedule: THURSDAY - SATURDAY, 6:00am - 6:00pm



PURPOSE
Lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional product quality across multiple manufacturing processes. Drive efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement while ensuring every product meets adidas standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Guide and develop team members through coaching and training
  • Oversee quality inspections and maintain compliance with safety and process standards
  • Analyze data to identify trends and implement improvements
  • Manage product testing and maintain laboratory standards
  • Foster collaboration and a positive team environment


KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES



  • Strong leadership and clear communication
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
