FUNCTION: Assists the Residential Mortgage Loan Officers (SRMLO/JRMLO) in preparing their files for review by processing and underwriting. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review file for completeness.

Set up file for initial orders (appraisal, flood and title).
