Salesforce Administrator FCM-FamMed-ZSFG-NCCC Full Time 87295BR Job Summary Under the direction of the Technical Solutions Architect, the Goldschmidt Collective Salesforce Administrator will provide support related to the administration and usage of the Salesforce CRM system. The Salesforce Administrator will work with the Technical Solutions Architect to support the ongoing development of our Salesforce deployment. The incumbent will apply Salesforce knowledge and skills.to resolve a variety of moderately complex issues, and will work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform. Additionally, the incumbent will use their knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning platform and declarative tools to support the Technical Solutions Architect in maintaining the Salesforce configuration by working with custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity. This individual should be highly organized, capable of working independently and possess excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $73,500 - $126,500 (Annual Rate).
