Position Summary

The manager-Partnership Marketing manages day-to-day relationships with select Charlotte FC partners, including account management, contract fulfillment, and retention efforts, with the goal of successfully providing our partners with best-in-class service and flawless execution. The position is part of a Charlotte FC specific Partnership Marketing team and reports to the Senior Manager - Partnership Marketing.



Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for all assigned partnership accounts, working alongside Corporate Partnership Sales Executives, as well as supporting other accounts
  • Lead comprehensive account management including contract activation and fulfillment, strategic direction, and budget for assigned corporate partners.
  • Manage all partnership deliverables (i.e. branding, signage, media, print, promotional, entertainment elements, etc.) to ensure quality standards and that partner expectations are met.
  • Coordinate the implementation of branding and activations during Charlotte FC matchdays and other events including digital signage, in-match features, and fan engagement activations.
  • Support and review partner activations, including evaluation and approval of promotional programs, rules, artwork, and in-market supporting media.
  • Work alongside Partnership Marketing teammates & TSE Sales Executives to develop partnership sales materials for renewal and/or upsell opportunities.
  • Liaise between Partner, Partnership Marketing, and all internal departments to ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Initiate and maintain regular contact with client and/or client's agency, developing strong


professional relationships.



  • Track all corporate partner activation expenses and proof of performance metrics to accurately report internally and externally.
  • Lead measurements and reviews of all partnerships, working alongside internal stakeholders.
  • Additional duties may be assigned that are not listed above but are included in the scope of this role



Qualifications, Skills and Education Requirements


Preferred Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Sports & entertainment, property, or agency experience

Work Environment


This job operates mostly in an office environment and outside in a stadium facility at times which may include inclement weather conditions. This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Some travel may be required to away games or for other business purposes.
