The Clinical Quality Coordinator (CQC) position is responsible for supporting the clinical team, coordinating resident care and services, monitoring departmental data, and ensuring documentation compliance. This position engages residents, families, and providers enhancing person-centered plans of care and promoting satisfaction.

Opportunity Details:

Schedule:



  • Full-Time
  • 8:00am-4:30pm
  • Monday through Friday
  • Leader on duty weekend rotation (approximately 7-8 weekends per year)
  • Will work one holiday/year (at double pay) and will get remaining holidays paid off.
  • Free underground parking for all team members


Pay:



  • The targeted pay range for this job is $26.00 to $31.00 per hour.
  • Ecumen considers a variety of factors when determining new hire pay including experience, qualifications, and, when applicable, certifications, licenses, and education.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Assists the Clinical Director/Director of Nursing with department administration including monitoring metrics, auditing documentation, filing records, and coordinating contracts. Adheres to policies and procedures, using Ecumen tools and standard operating procedures.

2. Collaborates with department leaders to create and maintain clinical schedules to ensure the community is staffed to meet resident needs.

3. Coordinates clinical team onboarding and training schedules and monitors training compliance. Engages the entire team fostering a positive culture promoting team member retention.

4. Attends daily stand-up/team huddles, returns voicemails, emails, and texts messages, and follows up on grievances/complaints, escalating concerns.

5. Supports the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives of the community including data entry, monitoring, development of visuals and reporting.

6. Participates in on-call rotation and duties as outlined by Clinical Director/Director of Nursing.

7. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in healthcare
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficient use of electronic health records systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to: Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to Know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Associate's degree
  • Three or more years working with older adults
