Grand 35, a Lifespark 55+ Independent Living Community, is looking for a Leasing Agent to join our growing team. Schedule: Part-Time, 24 hours per week Wage: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently! Our Leasing Agents become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Independent Living Community. The Leasing Agent is responsible for marketing 55+ apartment homes, conducting tours, and guiding prospective residents through the application and leasing process while providing exceptional customer service. They also support resident retention by maintaining accurate records, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and serving as a welcoming point of contact for residents and their families. Additionally, this position requires ongoing evaluation of current practices and procedure within the marketing department and the discretion to make improvements as needed. Duties Include:
