Quality Control Analyst - HPLC Specialist (Contract-to-Perm) Contract-to-Perm \| Full-Time \| Onsite Pharmaceutical \| Biotech \| Quality Control 4- 10 hour days Shift: Friday to Monday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Are you a quality-focused Lab Manufacturing professional with strong HPLC skills and looking for your next long-term opportunity? We're seeking a QC Analyst for a contract-to-perm role with a growing and dynamic team. What You'll Be Doing: Perform analytical testing using HPLC and other techniques on raw materials, intermediates, and finished pharmaceutical products Conduct release, stability, and in-process testing in compliance with GMP standards Accurately analyze, interpret, and document laboratory data Assist with method troubleshooting and support validation efforts Maintain organized, GMP-compliant records and participate in laboratory investigations when needed Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to support timelines and deliverables What You Bring: 3-4 years of experience in a QC lab setting, preferably within the pharma or biotech industry Strong hands-on proficiency with HPLC (Empower software experience a plus) Familiarity with other techniques such as UV, FTIR, pH, and KF a plus Solid understanding of cGMP regulations and quality documentation practices Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Education: Associates, Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field required This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills and transition into a long-term role with a company that values quality and career growth.
