Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Fremont, CA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • In this role, you will assist in the management and support of a semiconductor equipment vendor's R&D lab.
  • Inspecting, auditing, and maintaining lab areas for safety and intellectual property (IP).
  • Sustaining & governing existing lab services
  • Supporting lab improvement projects by working with project managers and cross-functional teams to minimize inventory variances, solve lab issues, and implement improved processes for safety, IP, and efficiency.
  • Resolve discrepancies; investigate misidentified or out-of-balance items with root cause analysis; identify necessary preventive measures to ensure there is no recurrence.
  • Gather/provide feedback from the lab users to improve lab services
  • Stocking and dispensing of materials to lab users

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $57.14/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week.

Length: Temp (24 months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Inventory Control & Lab Operations.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Strong Communication & Collaboration.
  • Proficiency with Lab Tools.
  • Excellent core values & team player.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (read, write, speak).
  • Conscientious and reliable in the completion of tasks
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and good to know QuickBase as well.
  • Capable of working in a cleanroom environment, wearing personal protective equipment.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

  • Ability to lift 30 lbs.
