Global Equipment Procurement Manager

Reporting to the Global Procurement Director.In yourassignedcategories/spendyouareresponsible fordelivering business results,development,and execution of global strategies, ensuring continuity ofsupply,and minimizing total cost of ownership, all of which arerequiredto meet the business needs.

Overseeing Equipment materialspendbetween $100-$200Mglobally depending onspendcategory complexity.

Travel -- Min 30% travel requirements and flexible hours

What you will do

* Working in a multicultural environment and collaborating with Teams from various backgrounds and able tooperateeffectively across multiple time zones

* Managing one direct report or working as individual contributor depending on spend category.

* Acting as savings engine while supporting the company's equipment growth:

* Delivering savings target

* Closely collaborate with Platform Owners to fulfill business needs in growth and new launches.

* Based on requests from Platform Owners, develop global sourcing strategies and drive Go-to-Market events (RFP/E-auctions/Negotiations)to achieveCost savings, Working capital improvement and supply security.

* Support global strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement in category performance.

* Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and execution of projects and drive positiveresultagainst key business priorities.

* Build andmaintainstrong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuringoptimalpricing and qualityto create value for the organization

* Engaging with the R&D and Procurement Business Partner teams to drive portfolio optimization and consolidation

* Drive accountability and P&L Impact to achieve OGSM / business objectives

Minimum Qualifications

* MinimumDegree in Business, Engineering, or related field

* 7 yrs ofsourcingexperience, preferably in equipment material purchasing with strong commercial background and proven international working experience.

* Demonstrated history of leadership, teamwork, and project management skills

* Demonstrated professionalism and strong presence in interactions with others

Strategic Spend owner

* Closely collaborate with Platform Owners to fulfill business needs in growth and new launches.

* Based on requests from Platform Owners, develop global sourcing strategies and drive Go-to-Market events (RFP/E-auctions/Negotiations) to achieveCost savings, Working capital improvement and supply security.

* Support global strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement in category performance.

* Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and execution of projects and drive positiveresultagainst key business priorities.

* Build andmaintainstrong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuringoptimalpricing and qualityto create value for the organization

* Ensuring security of supply by driving sole source breaks and contingency plans

* Engaging with the R&D and Procurement Business Partner teams to drive portfolio optimization and consolidation

* Drive & deploy Spend strategy byleveragingthe Low-cost market sourcing Program and digital tools

* Linking knowledge of current market trends with supplier portfolios toidentifyopportunities for marketplace advantages, and generate innovative ideas for gaining a competitive advantage

* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines relating to the chemical category

* Be a safety and ethical Champion (Lead by Example)

* Min 30% travel requirements and flexible hours

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $107,600.00 - $161,500.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
