POSITION SUMMARY

The Contract Manager has overall responsibility for the management, direction and performance of the security force. This position is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and quality to ensure compliance with all contractual requirements. The Contract Manager provides contract administration oversight, ensures regulatory and contractual compliance, and manages all security operations.



RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Ensure employees perform all duties and requirements of the contract, ensuring quality of services and supplies, timeliness of all deliverables, control costs, compliance with all government reporting requirements, quality control and management of key personnel.
  • Supervise all individuals working under this contract.
  • Ensure all equipment and property is tracked and accounted for and otherwise safeguarded.
  • Ability to plan projects, meet objectives, develop contingencies, and manage resources within budget.
  • Act as the central point of contact for the client regarding all program activities, ensuring that all deliverables meet the quality and standards outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Initiate and complete prompt, thorough investigations of reported allegations to maintain integrity and trust within the organization and with the client.
  • In person office based with interaction with security personnel and the client.
  • Be available during normal working hours (8:00am - 4:30pm) and respond within 30 minutes by telephone or in person. After normal working hours, weekends or holidays, respond within two (2) hours.
  • Other duties assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS



  • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of specialized experience including:


    • Contract management experience supporting contracts for Armed Security Services, Military Security Services, or Law Enforcement Services.
    • Project development and implementation from inspection to deployment
    • Expertise in management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms


  • Demonstrated capability in managing multi-task programs or subcontracts of various Bachelor's degree or substantial and credible law enforcement, military or business management experience, which demonstrates individual's capacity to effectively manage a security force and program
