What to Expect

TheAssociate Operations Lead, Rental Field Support and Fleet Coordinatoroversees the operational and field support aspects of our rental program, ensuring efficient fleet allocation, robust reporting, and optimal site performance. This role demands strong cross-functional collaboration, with a particular emphasis on field support to address on-the-ground challenges, alongside a focus on process improvement to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.


What You'll Do
  • Oversee field compliance with fleet operations, inspections, repairs, and tire swaps, ensuring adherence to policies and standards across locations through direct on-site engagement
  • Provide hands-on field support to address site-specific operational challenges, ensuring consistent service quality and rapid issue resolution
  • Conduct deep dives into data, partnering with the Senior Program Manager, to generate actionable insights for program performance and efficiency, often based on field feedback
  • Drive reporting improvements, partnering with the Senior Program Manager, by identifying gaps and implementing enhanced metrics and dashboards to reflect field performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with registration teams to streamline processes and minimize time-to-register for assets, while assisting with DMV registration processing to ensure timely and accurate documentation for rental assets, supporting field readiness and operational compliance
  • Act as a key liaison between departments and field teams to align on goals, coordinate efficient drop-offs, asset turnover, asset ownership mapping, and resolve operational bottlenecks

What You'll Bring
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting and communication
  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with industry and/or Tesla tools and platforms for reporting or operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex operational challenges in field settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional and on-site collaboration
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
  • 3+ years of prior experience in program management or operations within a tech, automotive, or rental industry is preferred
