You will be instrumental in identifying key requirements, developing robust solutions, and leading projects from conception through to training and deployment. Your expertise will directly influence the adoption of cutting-edge practices and technologies, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of operational excellence.

**What You'll Do:**

* Develop and champion strategies that align with business needs, promoting the efficient and effective use of best practices.

* Identify, analyze, and document business requirements, approaches, solutions, costs, risks, and various options to address organizational challenges.

* Lead the implementation activities for various initiatives, applications, or feature sets, ensuring successful deployment.

* Manage comprehensive project documentation, including definition, requirements, conversion plans, testing protocols, implementation guides, and training materials.

* Prioritize initiatives by meticulously assessing business value against effort, and develop strategic options for decision-making.

* Collaborate closely with external partners to understand product roadmaps, release strategies, and timelines.

* Maintain a deep and current understanding of emerging computer/network systems technologies, architectures, and products to inform strategic decisions.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

* Five to seven years of experience in a dedicated analytical role.

* Demonstrated ability to perform moderately complex quantitative analysis.

* Proven capability to gather, document, analyze, and draw sound conclusions from diverse data and information.
