Through routine environmental services tasks and consistent attention to established cleanliness standards, you contribute to a facility where people feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in the space around them. Type of Opportunity: Full time Job Exempt: No Job is based: Socorro General Hospital Work Shift: Varied Days and Hours (United States of America) Responsibilities: Maintains all areas according to departmental standards. Ensures proper infection control procedures when processing linen, trash, medical waste and performing cleaning tasks. Maintains and uses housekeeping equipment properly and safely. Reports pertinent information to supervisor or appropriate authority. Performs departmental record keeping. Performs all duties necessary to ensure appropriate linen and supply levels. Performs floor care. Qualifications: Less than high school.
