Koch Methanol St James is looking for an Asset Integrity Leader to support our methanol plant located in St James, LA. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is seeking to work in a technologically advanced plant and connecting industry best practices to business results.

Our Team

Our Asset Integrity Leader will be a collaborative resource that applies technical expertise to equipment lifecycle management. This individual will be responsible for leading the implementation of industry standards & best practices on numerous reliability improvement initiatives and projects to achieve desired results.

What You Will Do

  • Owner for predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to reduce cost and improve asset availability
  • Provide fixed equipment SME guidance to site & broader fleet through cross site team engagement
  • Take site's MI program (early implementation stages) through progression to risk based management program
  • Support MI Program Compliance and drive continuous improvements
  • Involvement in industry boards & panels to ensure the site & broader Koch Ag & Energy Solutions interest are understood with industry best practices applied
  • Own and maintain site programs and standards through application & implementation of Koch Ag & Energy Solutions policies
  • Work with fleet SME's to transform to RBI across all elements of MI
  • Support other site teams through involvement in TA's, cross sites teams & critical RCFA support
  • Build capability in team members by providing context on the application of industry consensus standards and recommended practices (API, ASME, etc.)
  • Promote risk based thinking to solve complex problems at the facility

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 10+ years of experience working in an operations or maintenance role in manufacturing, industrial or military environment
  • Demonstrated leadership acumen such as employee technical capability building, industry standard influence or large event / project management
  • Experience with Industry applications & Tools (Excel, Power BI, Maximo, Meridium, etc - Building and utilizing dashboards to track assets and reliability data)

What Will Put You Ahead

    Experience in maintenance or craft support (instrumentation & electrical, rotating equipment, fixed equipment, etc.)Equipment and/or manufacturing systems reliability experienceBachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
