Who We Are
We are Tennis! The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sport's growth on every level in the United States, from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game, the US Open.

The RoleThe USTA Foundation is the social impact arm of the USTA, dedicated to using tennis and education to positively transform the lives of youth. The Programs and Services team plays a crucial role in advancing this mission by supporting more than 250 Sports-Based Youth Development organizations nationwide. These organizations leverage the power of tennis to promote academic achievement, character development, and athletic growth.
As an intern, you will gain meaningful hands-on experience by assisting in the coordination and enhancement of career and college readiness programs. You will contribute to designing new initiatives that engage young people in their postsecondary and career pathways. You will also conduct research on emerging trends in youth development and education, helping the team shape innovative initiatives that align with the Foundation's mission.
