We are seeking a highly talented and passionate creative professional to join a dynamic team, where you will be instrumental in shaping the visual landscape for a diverse range of projects. In this pivotal role, you will not only lead projects and cultivate key relationships but also drive the creative vision from initial brief to final execution, significantly benefiting our vibrant design community. Your work will directly translate into beautiful, insightful, and data-driven concepts that solve complex customer problems and push the creative envelope, making a tangible difference across various touchpoints.

Note- this role will site ON-SITE in Seattle.

**What you'll do:**

* Concept, design, and execute innovative creative solutions for engaging events and experiences.

* Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, program managers, developers, strategists, and producers to deliver customer-focused solutions that meet strategic objectives.

* Independently lead creative workstreams, fostering strong partnerships with internal teams and external agencies.

* Maintain a customer-obsessed approach, ensuring all work drives both innovation and measurable results.

* Present compelling ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders.

* Develop creative for a wide array of mediums, including print, digital, web, experiential, and social platforms.

* Manage multiple projects concurrently, adhering to budget constraints and deadlines.

* Translate brand nuances into impactful visual vehicles for presentations, signage, and digital platforms.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proven conceptual creative experience gained from advertising agencies or in-house creative teams.

* An exceptional online creative portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking, art direction, branding, and design expertise.

* In-depth proficiency with industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and an advanced understanding of UX design principles.

* A data-driven mindset with a keen focus on the measurable impact of creative campaigns.

* Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills.

* Strong organizational abilities and a collaborative spirit.

* Exceptional craftsmanship and a demonstrated ability to take ownership of critical projects.

* A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, works autonomously, and effectively manages multiple tasks.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* A track record of successfully executing projects with geographically dispersed teams.

* Proficiency in motion design skills (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
