Job Purpose
The Manager of Global Marketing Communications Strategy & Transformation is a strategic leadership role responsible for modernizing and transforming CNH's marketing and communications (Marcomm) function to align with evolving digital media landscape and business objectives. This position serves as the chief strategist and architect of organizational change in the marcomm function, driving the integration of digital technologies, optimization of marketing performance, and implementation of change management initiatives across CNH's global operations in over 180 countries. Reporting directly to the Chief Communications Officer, this role provides strategic leadership for transformation initiatives while collaborating closely with the Brand Marketing, Brand Communications, Corporate Communications, Workforce Communications, and the Centers of Excellence departments. The position requires exceptional expertise in digital transformation, marketing technology, and organizational change management within complex global industrial environments. Key Responsibilities
