Senior Program Manager - Order Fulfillment

Lam Research is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join their Global Operations (GOPS) team. This critical position will partner with the GOPS leadership team focusing on upskilling the organization to positively differentiate Lam as an industry leader with targeted gains in innovation, speed to solution, and execution. This is an opportunity to make an impact across a globally distributed team touching a variety of fast-paced supply chain teams to elevate Lam's leadership and individual capabilities.

The Sr. Program Manager will hold senior stakeholders accountable in a matrix environment to drive organizational change, training, and project execution across the GOPS ecosystem. The right candidate brings program management expertise, thrives in globally collaborative environments, and has the unique ability of translating strategy into action.

Location options: Fremont or Livermore, CA, or Tualatin, OR.

• Lead strategic programs across diverse stakeholder groups to advance key business initiatives and operational excellence.
• Drive and own program streams within the roadmap, defining milestones and ensuring timely delivery.
• Build strong relationships and influence cross-functional partners-Order Management and Execution, Supply and Demand
• Planning, Spares Planning, HR Business Partners, IT, and Operations Executives.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders, drive consensus, and accelerate decision-making.
• Champion Role Communities to accelerate skill development and Best Known Methods (BKM) proliferation.
• Create compelling recommendations and reports using data-driven insights and effective storytelling to enable informed decisions.
• Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and insights across teams and functions to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Champion change management initiatives and training programs across the Global Operations ecosystem.
  Model the use of the Lam Management System and effective escalation to achieve established goals in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 15+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 12+ years' experience; or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of progressive experience in program management in a large corporation.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• A natural leader and catalyst who excels at facilitating decisions, resolving conflicts, and communicating effectively at all levels.
• Highly resourceful and creative in overcoming challenges, with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• A strategic thought partner who demonstrates forward-thinking abilities while upholding Lam's Mission, Core Values, and Guiding Principles.
• Proven success in global, high-tech, and matrixed organizations.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
