HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE...

As anAssociate Manager - NAFS Finance, you will play a critical role in managing and analyzing trade, consumer, and marketing spend for the NAFS Food Service business (US and Canada) and support the Snacks Foodservice business unit. Your insights will drive profitable growth through P&L support, new product launches, customer opportunities, and contract extensions. You'll be a trusted business partner across multiple functions, influencing decisions and shaping financial strategies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO...

  • Perform monthly accruals and projections for trade, consumer, and marketing spend.

  • Conduct monthly variance analyses and risk/opportunity reporting to deliver actionable insights.

  • Provide detailed analysis for quarterly balance sheet reviews with the Corporate Controller.

  • Lead monthly trade spend and consumer promotions meetings with Division Finance and the NAFS General Manager.

  • Lead monthly marketing spend meetings with the Marketing Coordinator.

  • Manage P&L line items for trade, consumer, and marketing spend exceeding $135M annually.

  • Assist in developing the Annual Operating Plan at both brand and customer levels.

  • Act as a business-facing partner to understand strategy and provide financial insights.

  • Support NAFS Finance Director with sales forecasts and annual operating plans for Snacks business unit.

  • Analyze fluctuations between plan/forecast and actual trends; identify risks and opportunities.

  • Develop P&Ls for new product launches and customer investments to ensure profitable growth.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH...

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE... (MUST HAVE)

  • Bachelor's degree required (Finance or Accounting preferred).

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience (CPG preferred).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Solid understanding of financial accounting, balance sheet, P&L, and budgeting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems.

  • Ability to partner effectively in a matrixed organization.

  • Strong decision-making, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Detail-oriented, process-disciplined, and fiscally responsible.

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE... (NICE TO HAVE)

  • Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant certifications (CPA, CFA).

  • Experience with SAP, EPM, MicroStrategy, Trade Pro, Blackline, and MMM.

  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate across functions.

  • Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and drive process improvements.

  • Highly motivated and team-oriented mindset.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$85,300-$122,600

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
