The selected candidate is part of the community's management team and will have significant responsibility for ensuring a high quality welcoming experience for residents and guests. Qualifications Qualified applicants will possess the following: 10 years of progressive experience in quality Food & Beverages operations management in high quality restaurant, country club, hotel, or senior living company Previous experience with oversight of multiple Food & Beverages venues Demonstrated knowledge and skills with budgets, reporting, training and staff management Current state health and sanitation certification Ability to supervise, hire, train and motivate staff A strong systems orientation with Microsoft office skills and experience with a POS system Effective communication, financial acumen, social skills and standards appropriate for the operation of formal dining operations Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) designation is a plus As required, possess or be willing to obtain CDM and Certified Food and Beverage Executive (CFBE) Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required or must be willing and able to become CPR and First Aid certified Bachelor's Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business or related field is preferred Pay Range USD $114,830.00 - USD $149,289.00 /Yr.
