Tor Publishing Group is seeking a highly motivated Digital Advertising Associate to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, creative, data-driven, and eager to experiment with new ad formats, targeting strategies, and reporting approaches. The Digital Advertising Associate will work closely with the Advertising and Promotions (AdPromo) team to support daily campaign operations, analyze results, develop audiences, and share insights that help guide marketing strategy for TPG's large catalog of best-selling and award-winning fiction. This is a hands-on position and we are looking for candidates who are excited to learn, try new things, and continuously improve performance in a team-oriented and innovative publishing environment! This role will have an annual salary of $60k - $65k.
