The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions. This role requires hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement through offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Attention to detail and proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are essential.
  • Execute the full recruiting life cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS and other HR systems.
  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with hiring leaders, HR peers, and external vendors.
  • Provide market insights and recruitment trend analysis to inform hiring strategies.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies, including leveraging social media and professional networks.
  • Represent the company at campus and industry recruiting events (virtual and in-person).
  • Participate in TA/HR projects and operational initiatives.
  • Generate and present recruitment metrics and reports to leadership.
  • Advise on best practices and innovative recruiting tactics.
  • Other special projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in healthcare or biotechnical industries preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Customer service orientation and professionalism.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS tools
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance.
  • Familiarity with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).

The anticipated base salary for this position could range from between $55,000 to $75,000 and will depend, in part, on the successful candidate's qualifications for the role, including education and experience. *This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience. The salary range will adjust along with the level of the role to match the person's relevant experience and/or education level.
