The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, supporting production goals, and minimizing downtime. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery, equipment, and facility systems. Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules. Install, calibrate, and adjust mechanical and electrical components as needed. Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to complete maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment history in CMMS. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues and improve reliability. Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely and complies with OSHA, NEC, and company policies. Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and installations. Required Education & Qualifications Required Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ability to troubleshoot equipment and implement effective solutions. Skilled in using diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance tasks. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or respond to on-call emergencies. Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Associate or Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical/electrical technology, or related field preferred.
