  • Conduct root cause analysis of optical line card failures through electrical debugging.
  • Lead the Debug team in investigating production failures and identifying trends.
  • Report on failure trends and manage open/closed cases weekly.
  • Collaborate with internal design teams to suggest and implement design changes.
  • Create and maintain product troubleshooting guides for team use.
  • Support failure analysis and corrective action implementation across components and subsystems.
  • Author technical reports to document findings and solutions.
  • Mentor and guide other debug engineers and technicians on key projects.

Must-Have:

  • BS in Engineering or equivalent technical degree
  • Minimum of 1-5 years' experience debugging electrical circuits
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with hardware testing and PCBA troubleshooting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Nice-To-Have:

  • Experience in an Opto/Optical environment
  • Test engineering experience
  • Proficiency in database queries and statistical analysis
  • Process improvement and engineering experience
  • Passion for continuous learning
