How you will make history here...

The Operations Reliability Analyst is responsible for assisting plant management with strategy development and execution of the reliability and continuous improvement program at the Maxton Plant. He/she will implement best practices and will evaluate new technology and new ideas to continuously improve the operation.

What you will do...

Work with area teams to identify and implement reliability and continuous improvement opportunities through changes to operating procedures, maintenance procedures and equipment upgrades.
* Provide leadership and tracking for the use of Root Cause Analysis tools on all high-risk Reliability Incidents.
* Lead Technology for new or improved preventive and predictive maintenance capabilities.
* Provide feedback on the successes and failures of the preventive/predictive maintenance program.
* Analyze equipment history and other data to identify reliability improvement opportunities.
* Provide reliability engineering support for Engineering design reviews, constructability, operability, maintainability, and standards.
* Champion life cycle cost analysis use for equipment selection, maintenance, and investment decisions.
* Prepare reports documenting improvement projects, trends, and results.
* Review project status regularly with the plant management team.
* Communicate the results of improvements to Area Teams.
* Share best practices results from within and outside of the plant.
* Other duties as assigned.

At the beginning of each fiscal quarter, we pull the reliability data from the last 90 days. We then separate this data into top losses buckets and build plans around improving and or eliminating these losses over the course of the next 90 days. Through the quarter we have check in meetings to track progress and assign help as needed to meet our goals by the quarter's end. Achieving these goals is the primary responsibility of our Reliability Leader.

What you bring to the table...

High school diploma or equivalent

2 + years' experience in operations or related experience

It would be great to have...

2 + years' experience in industrial engineering or continuous improvement, cross functional operations experience is preferred; internship experience may be considered

Strong drive and initiative to make improvements in a variety of areas with a minimum of supervision. Change agent.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$63,400-$91,100

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
