People Operations / HR Generalist - Tier 2 (HR Shared Services)

Location: Remote/Flexible (Global organization)

We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and self-directed HR professional who is excited to support employees at scale, collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and help build world-class HR programs.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a blend of HR support, data analysis, continuous process improvement, and cross-functional partnership.

What You'll Do

Employee & HR Support



  • Serve as a trusted escalation point for Tier 1 HR inquiries-providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to employees and internal HR partners.
  • Handle complex global transactions, ensuring a seamless employee experience.


CoE Partnership & Program Support



  • Collaborate with CoEs (Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, etc.) to support organization-wide programs.
  • Identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities to optimize HR processes and program delivery.
  • Create clear, engaging materials for CoE initiatives.
  • Operationalize Learning & Development programs-track enrollments, maintain reporting, and support content preparation.


Knowledge Management



  • Own and maintain HR knowledge base content; partner with subject matter experts to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.


HR Analytics & Reporting



  • Support People Partners with HR metrics, data extraction, and basic analysis to generate insights.
  • Provide reports and participate in ad-hoc projects across HR teams.


Cross-Functional Collaboration



  • Build strong relationships with People Partners and CoE leaders to drive effective and scalable solutions.
  • Act as a strategic partner for global HR initiatives, ensuring alignment and consistency across regions.



What You Bring



  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Excellent active listening and communication skills, with the ability to support employees across all levels.
  • Experience building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong research, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Comfort with HR systems-ability to extract, organize, and interpret data (beginner-level analysis and visualization).
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement, consistency, and operational excellence.
  • Ability to follow processes while also spotting opportunities to innovate and simplify.
