General Summary As a Software Development Engineer I at our credit union, you'll be an integral part of our digital transformation initiatives. You'll help develop innovative financial software solutions that enhance our members' digital experience. In this entry-level role, you'll collaborate with experienced engineers, product managers, designers, and data analysts to create technology that drives member retention, acquisition, and engagement. Experience and Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Math, Physics or technical field or equivalent years of experience. Experience: 1+ years of software development experience in fintech, financial services, or a related field. Experience building and launching customer-facing software products with a strong user experience focus. Understanding of web development technologies (NodeJS, ReactJS, HTML, CSS). Experience with version control systems (e.g., git) and understanding of software development principles and practices. Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure) is desirable. Some experience and understanding of CI/CD tools. Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment. Skills:
