Provides a variety of duties to support the departmental needs. Depending on the intern assignment, tasks can vary from laboratory and research assistance. Does this position require Patient Care? No
Essential Functions:
- Assists with in-person data collection.
-Assists with research experiences.
-Prepares for study visits including organizing paperwork, setting up equipment, and preparing study materials.
-Assists with subject scheduling.
-Assists with other research-related office tasks as needed.
-Processes collected data.

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?

Experience
Prior experience in an office and/or research/laboratory setting 0-1 year preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- MS Office proficiency as well as the ability to learn how to use new software as needed.
- Effective interpersonal and communications skills, with research staff, children, and subject families.
- Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot.
- An ability to work independently to schedule, plan, and complete subject visits.
