Position Title: Warehouse Associate
Wage: $18-$21/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 8am-5pm Build a long-term career with a stable, supportive company. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll help keep orders accurate, inventory organized, and daily operations running smoothly. This is a direct hire opportunity for a company in Cedar Rapids, IA. Warehouse Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Pick, check, and ship orders per sales requests - Prepare and secure items for delivery and handle customer returns - Stock products accurately and report damaged inventory - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace - May deliver orders, process counter sales, or operate a forklift - Receive and record inventory in the system - Perform other related duties as assigned Warehouse Associate Requirements: - High school diploma or GED - Experience with order picking, LTL shipping, and power tools (air nailer) preferred - Ability to build shipping pallets; knowledge of order fulfillment and freight claims a plus - Not a forklift-focused role - Lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 100 pounds - Valid driver's license - Forklift certification may be needed Benefits: Healthcare coverage, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, sick time, and holidays QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
