  • Salary: $65,000-$68,000 annually (excluding overtime)
  • Schedule: Night shift, 10:45 PM-7:15 AM

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities



  • Provide daily guidance to team leaders and production associates, conducting shift meetings and ensuring smooth operations across all work centers
  • Manage workflow to meet production schedules, monitor attendance, approve time off, and communicate mandated overtime
  • Prepare end-of-shift reports, including KPIs such as OEE, scrap, downtime, and attendance metrics
  • Identify recurring production issues and support root cause analysis with appropriate corrective actions
  • Monitor quality of products, raw materials, and operations, taking action as needed to maintain standards
  • Train new hires and ensure all team members have the skills required to perform effectively
  • Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, supporting Behavior-Based Safety programs and 5S standards
  • Manage team performance by providing feedback, coaching, and addressing performance or disciplinary concerns in coordination with HR
  • Partner with maintenance to ensure equipment functionality and safety compliance
  • Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Materials)
  • Conduct shift handoffs, communicating key safety, quality, and production information
  • Enforce PPE use, safety standards, and operational protocols at all times



Requirements & Qualifications



  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Leadership experience in supervising or coordinating production teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and the ability to quickly learn company systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required
  • Night shift availability: 10:45 PM-7:15 AM
