Daily Tasks & Responsibilities Quality Assurance Responsibilities: Maintain, update, and improve site policies, procedures, standard work instructions, and quality management tools Administer internal audit programs, including training auditors and measuring compliance results Identify training needs and deliver interventions to maintain quality standards Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, performing root cause and corrective action analyses Collect, compile, and analyze statistical quality data to identify areas for improvement Operational Responsibilities (if applicable): Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including sit-down/stand-up forklifts, clamp trucks, and pickers Load, unload, store, and transport products to designated areas Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth material flow while maintaining quality standards Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 2-4 years of experience in a quality assurance role Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015 standards Lead Auditor Certification preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to travel up to 25% as needed (passport recommended) Action-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable with strong decision-making skills Apply Today!
