  • Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities

Quality Assurance Responsibilities:



  • Maintain, update, and improve site policies, procedures, standard work instructions, and quality management tools
  • Administer internal audit programs, including training auditors and measuring compliance results
  • Identify training needs and deliver interventions to maintain quality standards
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, performing root cause and corrective action analyses
  • Collect, compile, and analyze statistical quality data to identify areas for improvement


Operational Responsibilities (if applicable):



  • Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including sit-down/stand-up forklifts, clamp trucks, and pickers
  • Load, unload, store, and transport products to designated areas
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth material flow while maintaining quality standards



Requirements & Qualifications



  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2-4 years of experience in a quality assurance role
  • Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015 standards
  • Lead Auditor Certification preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed (passport recommended)
  • Action-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable with strong decision-making skills
