About the Role

The Training Coordinator is responsible for organizing, scheduling, and proactively supporting the development and delivery of employee training programs in our fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment. This role is crucial in ensuring all employees-from production floor to administrative staff-receive the necessary training to meet safety, quality, and performance standards. The role involves coordinating logistics, maintaining training records, communicating with participants and facilitators, and evaluating the effectiveness of the selected training programs.

What We're Looking For



  • Teaching or training experience required
  • Worked in a manufacturing environment previously
  • Able to work off shift( i.e. 2nd shift)
