Description and Requirements

As Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the Infrastructure Solutions Group, ISG Supply Chain Vice President, and the leadership team within the organization. The successful candidate will be a high energy, experienced individual that can play a key role in operationalizing specific and complex projects on behalf of the ISG Supply Chain Leader. The successful candidate must demonstrate expertise in the area of operations and supply chain and must have the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment. This is a highly strategic role that requires a combination of focus and flexibility as well as a willingness to play an active role in communicating and collaborating with the business leadership team, HR, and Finance.

Responsibility and Contribution:

  • Facilitate and manage the process of identifying, prioritizing, chartering, communicating, and managing key projects from the ISG Supply Chain leader's office.
  • Lead and manage Lenovo's Supply Chain Gartner relationship.
  • Manage/Lead the BMS of key meetings such as Quarterly All Hands, Monthly Staff Meetings, etc.
  • Build, track, and manage (when necessary) the KPIs across the organization to keep a pulse on the overall business performance against the objectives.
  • Track key strategic actions as needed and drive them to closure.
  • Prepare executive presentations at the highest level including to the EVP.
  • Represent the VP of ISG Supply Chain through written communication and face-to-face meetings when necessary.
  • Lead and prepare communications for the organization, which may sometimes require assistance from the Communications team.
  • Complete data analytics as requested by Executives (or HR) and perform read-out for interested parties.
  • Preparing workshops, meetings, and review for the leadership team.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent role.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High level of integrity and discretion.
  • Entrepreneurial and creative mindset with ability to formulate creative solutions to problems.
  • Leadership skills with ability to inspire others to achieve a common objective.
  • In depth understanding of Infrastructure Solutions Group business strategy and priorities.
  • Ability to achieve success in a fast paced and high energy culture.
  • High level of business acumen and influence amongst senior leaders.
  • Emotional intelligence, flexible work style, and excellent diplomatic skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Clear understanding of financials and how those decisions impact the business.
  • Teaming and collaboration across different business units and GEOs.
  • Ability to comply with the US Hybrid Work Policy, with the understanding that additional days in the office (per week) may be required.
