About the Role We are seeking a Patient Access Manager to lead and optimize registration and financial clearance processes across pre-service and point-of-service operations. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, compliance with service level agreements, and alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities * Support short- and long-term planning for Registration and Patient Access functions, including financial clearance activities. * Develop and implement action plans to improve efficiency and service quality. * Monitor and manage operational metrics to meet departmental and client objectives. * Oversee staffing activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. Mentor supervisors and foster team engagement. * Communicate proactively with leadership to support professional growth and departmental success. * Enforce policies and contribute to policy development in accordance with hospital and corporate standards. * Provide timely updates and recommendations to leadership regarding operational challenges and solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications * Strong customer service skills. * Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems. * Supervisory experience, including interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance appraisal. * Ability to lead teams and manage workflows in compliance with policies and applicable laws.
