Position Summary:

Responsibilities: Essential Duties



  • Provides support for BSC administration, OpEx project reporting and Strategic Operations
  • PowerPoint presentations using spreadsheets, as well as some analytical duties for Project Review
  • Assists with managing activities that support Operation strategy and
  • Assists with improvement of information flow in Operation support areas
  • Consolidates and organizes the status of operations leadership key initiatives and plant strategy
  • At higher levels (Analyst II), this position also:
  • Analyzes systems for operational performance management and identifies inconsistencies and opportunities for continuous
  • Develops dashboards to graphically represent operation performance achievements and
  • Performs detailed analysis of operational performance data and provides assessment of results.

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 02-04 years related experience required.
  • Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
  • Occasional business travel required, Secrecy and invention agreement and non-compete agreement, Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed
  • Regular and predictable attendance

Salary Range: $61,150 -$76,438


The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
