Job Description

The Senior Implementation Consultant II is responsible for driving successful engagement and adoption of producer-impacting changes through structured change management practices. This role partners across functions to deliver enterprise and local initiatives that enable growth, profitability, and readiness. The consultant ensures that changes are implemented effectively, leveraging feedback loops and best practices to accelerate field adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end implementation of new programs, products, processes, or feature changes to drive readiness, utilization, and adoption.

  • Coordinate the delivery and execution of change initiatives using change management frameworks to support strategic goals.

  • Create and deliver materials and training to build awareness and ability for changes, ensuring stakeholders and producers are equipped for successful adoption.

  • Collaborate cross-functionality to develop and execute adoption plans that address awareness, desire, knowledge, ability and overall readiness for field stakeholders.

  • Integrate with sales leaders to reinforce change objectives and monitor adoption progress.

  • Provide field insights to inform change strategies and tailor execution for market-specific nuances.

  • Gather feedback, success stories, and best practices from agencies/producers to share with partners and improve future implementations.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3 or more years of related experience

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • None required

Functional Skills

  • Knowledge of change management principles (ADKAR or similar frameworks preferred)

  • Strong collaboration and relationship skills

  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at multiple levels

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills

  • Experience managing complex projects and driving adoption in a sales or distribution environment

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret metrics and feedback to inform strategies

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 66,800.00 - 120,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
