What You'll Do

This position will be located at our Main Yuma branch: 2799 S. 4th Avenue, Yuma, AZ 85364

Manage the full lifecycle of commercial loan accounts, ensuring accurate servicing, regulatory compliance, and exceptional member service throughout all stages of the loan process.

  • Process payments, manage loan documentation, respond to member inquires, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Post payments, loan advances, principal pay-downs, and loan payoffs accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile loan-related general ledger accounts to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Process escrow disbursements for property taxes, insurance, private mortgage insurance (PMI), and other obligations.
  • Monitor loan ticklers for key items such as insurance, UCC filing, recorded documentation, and final title reports.
  • Review daily loan reports, verify payment posting, and resolve loan exceptions.
  • Process paid-off loans by reviewing files and releasing all associated collateral.
  • Input loan-related invoices into the accounting system for timely payment.
  • Respond to member inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Process incoming and outgoing loan wires and participation payments.
  • Handle credit reference requests in accordance with policy and privacy standards.
  • Order and maintain office supplies to support daily operations.
  • Assist lenders with customer inquiries, construction advance requests, credit report pulls, and related tasks.
  • Maintain accurate loan records; manage statements and loan documents.

What You Bring

  • H.S. Diploma Required
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • 1-3 years similar or related experience in commercial loan servicing experience. Required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Strong organizational and mathematical skills.
  • Attentive to details to ensure accuracy, detect errors and provide quality follow through.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work while working independently.

  • Target hiring range $20-$26/hr (Depending on experience and prior to any incentives this position is eligible for)
