The Talent Acquisition Manager has expert-level knowledge of candidate sourcing based on the evolving workforce needs of Probo. This role is responsible for strategic talent acquisition and hands-on recruiting to support long-term workforce planning and the immediate hiring needs of Probo. This role involves pro-actively identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent that aligns with the organization's strategic goals and requires expertise in full life-cycle recruitment, including advanced sourcing strategy and driving a high-quality hiring process from initial intake through offer acceptance. The Talent Acquisition Manager serves as a trusted partner to business leaders providing consultative guidance, labor market insights, and innovative solutions to elevate recruiting outcomes across the organization.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAbility to develop, implement, and manage talent acquisition strategies based on expanded hiring needs and increased demand stemming from evolving business needs.Key focus on sourcing for current and future job openings which includes a high level of proactive outreach, leveraging Probo's employee referral program, and building relationships with both passive and active candidates through personalized outreach. Develop and execute targeted and creative sourcing strategies, utilizing advanced search techniques, passive candidate engagement, market mapping, networking, professional associations, and social media channels.Qualify and prioritize requisitions across the organization, aligning hiring needs with workforce planning and business objective with a key focus on sourcing.Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.Provide rigor in building and defining Probo's recruiting process. Lead and optimize recruitment processes, leveraging tools, data, and best practices to drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability.Cultivate relationships with external talent pipelines, partnering with universities, alumni groups, veteran organizations, women's groups, disability networks, and other community or industry associations.Identify and manage third-party outsourced recruiting resources.Manage and influence relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, serving as a valued advisor with a deep understanding of business operations, talent needs, and ideal candidate profiles.Own the full life-cycle recruitment process, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development/negotiation, and post-hire follow-up.Craft, refine, and enhance job postings to ensure clarity, market competitiveness, and alignment with talent strategy.Monitor and support affirmative action goals, ensuring ongoing outreach to protected classes and maintaining thorough documentation of all outreach efforts.Ensure compliance with AAP (Affirmative Action Plan) requirements, including accurate dispositioning of applicants and preparation of AAP reports.Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring efficient communication, transparency, and consistent representation of the company's brand and values.Ensure recruitment and interviewing practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Create and lead webinars to train and guide hiring managers on effective interviewing, recruiting processes, compliance, and affirmative action obligations.Use talent market insights, metrics, and analytics to make recommendations that influence hiring strategies and improve outcomes.Contributes to cross-functional initiatives, process improvements, and organizational development projects.Primary job responsibilities are those which an employee must be able to perform with or without accommodation. Requirements
Required Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field. 7+ years of senior-level or strategic talent acquisition experience.Strong knowledge, employment law, job classification, and candidate tracking systems.Demonstrated success independently managing a high volume of requisitions with competing priorities.Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple talent searches simultaneously.Proven ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions and guide managers toward best-practice solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret business challenges and propose innovative recruitment strategies.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS recruiting systems.Advanced sourcing expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms. Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively with minimal supervision and drive results with a sense of urgencyPreferred Education and Experience:PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP Experience in a senior or lead recruiting role supporting diverse corporate functions.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTSMinimal travel required, typically less than 10% of the time.
