Description of Services:

• The Client requires the services of a candidate who meets the general qualifications of Systems Analyst 2, Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Client.
• The candidate should understand business objectives and problems, identify alternative solutions, and perform studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives. The role involves analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer systems.
• This includes conferring with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized, and formats for reports.
• The candidate will write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. They will review computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if the requested program or program change is possible within the existing system.
• This position serves as a hands-on System Administrator for HHSC Salesforce Orgs. It requires a wide range of skills from setting up new Orgs from scratch, integration with third-party tools, migration of data, use of CI/CD frameworks, troubleshooting systems including production, and other administrative tasks as required.
• This position will require hands-on experience as an Administrator and prior Salesforce custom development experience is a plus. Familiarity with DocuSign and Azure Data Factory is also a plus. The HHSC Salesforce team follows Agile (Scrum), and this role should have experience with Agile methodologies. This position requires availability for 24/7 support.

• 7 years required: Experience as a Salesforce Administrator, managing, maintaining, and overseeing the support of Salesforce Orgs and its environments. Implement and improve security policies and practices.
• 7 years required: Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, coding standards, change control, and version management including CI/CD toolsets such as Flosum.
• 7 years required: Experience in data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, third-party applications, and AppExchange products.
• 7 years required: Experience in overseeing and providing guidance in troubleshooting and solving complex problems related to system software and hardware incident and problem calls and recommending technology solutions.
• 5 years required: Experience in implementing various authentication protocols (oAuth) to integrate third-party applications. Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.).
• 2 years required: Experience in Salesforce implementation and development and in writing Apex programming, Visual force pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and lightning web components.
• 2 years required: Experience with Salesforce integration tools like MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, and Jitterbit.
• 2 years preferred: Agile Software Development Methodologies experience.
• 2 years preferred: Knowledge in implementing solutions using configurations (no-code) such as Flows, process builders, and workflow rules, etc.
