The pay offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors including (but not limited to) the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate including equivalent years in rank, training, and field or discipline; internal equity; and external market pay for comparable jobs. Position Summary This position will support research projects devoted to the research of Dr. Tamara Hamlish, including The Young and A Survivor (YAAS!): Network for Health Among Young Breast Cancer Survivors is a CDC-funded collaborative to expand availability and access to supportive services for young breast cancer survivors, young women with metastatic breast cancer, and their families and caregivers. This position assists the Research Scientist/Principal Investigator with planning and implementing community outreach and media engagement, leads research project recruitment efforts, supports data collection and data management, disseminates culturally and linguistically relevant project findings, and writes progress reports to the funding agency and various stakeholders.
