Genesis10 is currently seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Architect
with Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
expertise for our client in the financial industry. This is a 5-month hybrid role located in Pittsburgh, PA, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Miamisburg, OH, Philadelphia, PA, Jacksonville, FL, Rocky Mount, NC or Strongsville, OH.
Job Summary Key Responsibilities * CSDM & CMDB Architecture: Define and maintain the enterprise CSDM blueprint, prescriptive guidance for service modeling, and enforce configuration over customization. * Service Modeling & Mapping: Drive Service Mapping strategy to align Application Services and Technical CIs to CSDM. * Portfolio & Product Alignment (SPM/APM): Integrate SPM & APM data design with CSDM for portfolio analytics. * Data Governance & Quality: Define data ownership, stewardship, and governance processes; embed quality gates. * Integration & Compliance: Architect platform integrations for CMDB/CSDM data exchange and ensure compliance. * Technical Leadership & Enablement: Act as Design Authority, produce architecture artifacts, and mentor teams.
